Barbara Dubach

With a passion for sustainability and innovation, Barbara Dubach drives transformative change. As Managing Director of engageability – a centre of competence for sustainability – and Director of Innovate 4 Nature – an accelerator for nature-positive solutions – she inspires decision-makers to implement innovative solutions and redesign business models for a nature-positive and equitable future. She is a member of the board of Swisscleantech, ESG4Boards and the advisory board of Post CDR. With international experience as Senior Vice President at Holcim, Director at WBCSD and as an environmental economist, she brings extensive leadership experience and expertise, which she shares as a lecturer at universities and technical colleges.
